How you feel about yourself

Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself.  If you don’t feel good about yourself, you are less likely to make good decisions.

Everyone has times that they feel good about themselves (have high self-esteem) and everyone has times they don’t feel good about themselves (have low self-esteem).
