Pressure from friends

Peer Pressure is when you feel influenced or pressured by your friends to do something.  Peer pressure is part of life as a teenager.  Sometimes you will feel able to resist pressure and sometimes you won’t. Learning how to deal with it is part of becoming an adult.

The first step in dealing with peer pressure is to be able to recognise all the different types of pressure like Spoken Pressure and Unspoken Pressure.
